As a result, this means that your installation comes with a ten year insurance backed guarantee. Your guarantee remains valid in the unfortunate event Central Scotland Joinery was to cease trading for any reason.

Q: How safe is my guarantee?
A: Central Scotland Joinery will provide every customer with a unique, insurance-backed ten year guarantee free of charge. This ensures that your guarantee lives on even if Central Scotland Joinery should cease to trade.

Q: Are similar guarantees safe?
A: Not necessarily. By being a Home Pro member, Central Scotland joinery is backed by an insurer that is recognised by the Department of Trade and Industry. The guarantee also covers the customer if the company ceases to trade for any reason, not just insolvency.

Q: What about my deposit, is this covered too?
A: For complete peace of mind, Central Scotland Joinery does not ask customers for deposits.

Q: If I move house, does the guarantee cover the new owners?
A: Your guarantee can be transferred to the new owners - a great benefit to you when you wish to sell too! All we ask is that you let us know, in writing, within 28 days of moving to your new home.

Q: How do I know I can trust Central Scotland Joinery?
A: Every Home Pro member company must adhere to strict standards and is vetted to ensure it has good financial stability before being allowed to join. Only those companies that uphold the standards are allowed to continue as members.

Q: Can I trust the quality of materials used for my installation?
A: All frames used by Central Scotland Joinery are not only made of extrusion products from Veka directly, but also manufactured by a Veka fabricator member to ensure the quality and design are second to none.
